The motion control module matching with the company's existing polargy brand PLC was launched
Pl05342-a04 is a four axis positioning module suitable for PROFIBUS DP bus communication. Each axis is equipped with encoder and shaft interface. There are two 36pin SCSI connectors on the module, which can control four servo or step drive (pulse output). There is a 26pin SCSI interface, with 12 axis special signals, 4 high-speed input signals and 4 high-speed output signals.
The product can be directly connected to Shenzhen Huide automation's polargy series PLC (programmable logic controller) or Siemens PLC. As a slave station module, it is programmed and controlled by CPU in a unified way (ladder diagram). There are 15 kinds of operation control program function blocks. Users only need to fill in simple parameters to realize complex motion (such as three-axis arc interpolation, only one ladder diagram instruction is needed) ）。
The calculation of motor motion control can be completed in the module without the participation of CPU of PLC, and the high-speed response of motion control can be realized. The pulse frequency can be as high as 8MHz (pulse direction, up to 16mhz under quadruple frequency of AB phase pulse)
A PLC can control 125 modules and 500 axes at most, which can realize the integration of PLC drive and control.
